Ashley Reichard
Trust is the word that comes to mind when someone mentions Ashley. Her down-to-earth, laid-back personality immediately puts you at ease when you’re in her chair. Ashley’s attention to detail, consistent results, and the ability to personalize a client’s hairstyle are just a few reasons many of her clients have remained loyal for over a decade.
Ashley spent the first half of her career as a color specialist training with Wella, TIGI, and L’Oréal to name a few. Now, with nearly 20 years of experience, she has developed an artistic and practical approach to creating beautiful, seamless hairstyles.
Ashley lives in Cincinnati with her husband, Adam, and two daughters, Archer and Arlowe.

Samantha Theobald
There's a reason that Lightbox Salon feels like home. Samantha wants the clients in her chair to feel like friends on her couch. She's just as happy chatting about style as she is diving into conversations about wellness, wanderlust, or where to find the best cardamom latte.
With over 15 years of experience in the industry, including five years as an educator for Wella and Sebastian, Samantha brings professional expertise and a natural exuberance to Lightbox Salon.
Samantha and her husband, Jerod, live in Park Hills (KY) with their daughter, Gloria, and sheepadoodle, Reuben.
At this time, Samantha is not accepting new clients.
Autumn Healey
Rooted in northeast Ohio, Autumn started her career in Nashville and has over 10 years of experience in precision cutting and high-level blonding.
She dives into enhancing client’s natural beauty along with how to establish and maintain lasting, healthy hair. Specializing in sun-kissed color to dimensional foil and balayage, you’ll be sure to feel the best version of yourself from the inside out after visiting Autumn.
Autumn and her husband have lived in Cincinnati since 2018.

Carolyn Oxley
One of the kindest, most creative women we have ever met, Carolyn joined Lightbox Salon at the end of 2022. She attended cosmetology school in Chicago and has spent over a decade in the hair industry.
Carolyn is also the co-founder of The Parative Project (TPP), an ethically-sourced marketplace for makers and creators. Carolyn and her husband, Drew, launched TPP in 2015.
Outside of the salon, Carolyn loves to spend time with her family. She and Drew live in on the eastside of Cincinnati with their three children.

Sasha Gross
Sasha has been a stylist for over 13 years and began her journey in the industry at Paul Mitchell The School in Cincinnati. She has worked at several salons over the course of her career and also taught for a short period of time at Paul Mitchell.
Sasha really enjoys hair color and loves how a new color can transform a person and create confidence and new energy.
"I love the different people I meet and listening to their stories. Everyone teaches me something, and I love understanding how differently everyone lives. I also love that my clients trust me with something as important as their hair and the way they view themselves. I enjoy making people confident, comfortable, and understood."
Outside of the salon, Sasha enjoys live music, travel, being cozy, podcasts, general silliness, and her cats, Queso and Chorizo. Sasha lives in Cincinnati.
